Each completed ticket can contribute one survey. Staff cannot edit individual ratings or remove a low score through the feedback dashboard.

Survey scores cover submissions during the last 12 months. Satisfaction means an overall rating of 4 or 5 out of 5. Work quality, updates and value are average ratings. On-time delivery is customer-reported against the final agreed date; No agreed date is excluded. Performance expectations count Met or Exceeded among applicable horsepower answers. Each metric appears only after its own minimum sample is reached.
The home page’s HP average gain comes from recorded gains on completed service tickets. It is separate from survey opinions and includes its ticket count. Results depend on the vehicle and the work performed; averages do not predict a particular build. The vehicles-tuned total combines a shop-entered historical baseline with newly completed tuning tickets. Tuning experience is calculated from the shop’s configured start year. When no start year is configured, the separate Years in Business card shows the shop’s established history of over 10 years.
Approved testimonials are a separate, moderated collection. They are not used to calculate the survey scores.
