Spartan LSX Performance uses contact details, appointment requests, vehicle information, service tickets and updates to provide requested shop services. Merchandise order requests include contact, delivery and selected-product details; this application does not collect card details or process payments. Submitted reviews are published only after shop approval.

Ticket tracking and text messages

Private ticket lookup requires a tracking code and the ticket's matching email. SMS delivery uses your selected mobile number, the ticket updates you choose to receive, consent evidence and delivery records. Keyword signup records the sender number, recognized keyword, provider message identifiers, request and confirmation times, and the applicable consent terms. We use these records to confirm consent, honor opt-outs and investigate delivery problems.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use hosting, email and messaging providers, including Twilio, only as needed to operate these services and deliver requested messages. These providers process the necessary contact and message data on our behalf.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not required for purchase or service. Recurring service messages have variable frequency; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all ticket texts to your number or change an individual ticket's private notification preferences. Reply HELP for support. SMS Terms explain enrollment and restart steps.

Access, security and retention

Staff access follows account roles and assigned-ticket permissions. The application uses HTTPS, hashed passwords and hashed tracking codes; an encrypted initial tracking-code copy can be held temporarily in the welcome-email queue. Consent, opt-out and delivery records are retained to support service history and consent verification. Contact the shop to request access, correction or deletion of your information; applicable service-record and consent-retention needs may affect the response.

Cookies and service logs

The website uses essential cookies for staff sign-in, form protection and related application functions. Technical logs help diagnose failures and protect the service. Avoid including private tracking codes or passwords in public support messages.
